I have had the distinct pleasure of having Terri Thacker represent me and my home and creating an atmosphere of calm guidance and direction during a very difficult time. My home was an older home and the first thing Terri did was show me some upgrades I could do that would considerably raise the asking price. We selected a budget and proceeded to install the upgrades that todays buyer is looking for. Terri provided a detailed explanation of all the forms and documents necessary. She was extremely well informed on the real estate market and provided guidance and suggestions on the inside, outside, and curb appeal. She helped stage my home to present it in the best possible appearance to buyers. She was always available and had the resources to provide whatever was needed. 'We needed a Realtor real bad and fast. Had to sell property that my Dad had, that he wouldn't be coming back to. It was put on line IMMEDIATELY and we were notified in a couple of days that we had many people interested in seeing it. It was SOLD within 1 month. Maruta is a true professional and knows the Longboat Key market very well. She kept us continually informed on showings and potential interested buyers. Once we had a buyer and contracts she walked us through each step of the process making us comfortable as we were in Connecticut. Having been forced by circumstances to relocate, I ended up in Sarasota by a fluke. I had no idea if I could rent or purchase, what area of town would be most comfortable for me, or what would suit my budget. Kyle came highly recommended to me and I must say that she went above and beyond my usual experience with realtors to help me sort through the vast number of available options. Her patience and guidance were a godsend to me as I was all too frequently unable to make a decision. She methodically searched every day (sometimes several times a day) to find the best spot for me, and in the end her diligence paid off. I now have a lovely home, comfortably settled in this great spot on the Gulf, grateful for Kyle’s professionalism, focus, and kindness. Highly recommended!

A real estate agent from "central casting." She is pretty, personable, punctual, precise and...............great! Have already recommended her to several friends. We had been trying to sell our house since 2013. Heard about how great Victoria was from a friend (Ed Towne). On the first weekend of customer showings, that Victoria sent our way, one couple had our house as #1 on their list and the other couple bought it! Now she and Kathy Leavitt (who is an outstanding assistant) are working diligently to find a new home for us.
