Lisa Wolfe is an extraordinary agent who goes the extra mile to ensure that your property is listed in a timely manner with all the correct information. She took plenty of photos to put in the listing. She called, emailed or texted whenever the home was being shown and always let me know what the outcome of each showing was. She relayed feedback on what other agents said; and researched all comparable sales. When we got a contract, she took care of all the paperwork, even though it was a weekend. On Monday, she contacted the condo association, to obtain all of the relevant HOA documents needed, and basically ensured that the closing moved forward with a minimum of delay. She was present at the closing and double-checked that my transfer of funds would occur the next day. My home sold within 6 weeks; and that was at a time when the market was slow. Lisa Wolfe was extremely professional, thorough in her research and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Lisa for any of your real estate transactions.

This is the first house we have sold thru Christy Neff, but not our first experience working with her. We also bought the house thru Christy and are building a new house with her help! Each step of selling the house was made easy and pleasant due to Christy's positive attitude and her ability to go above and beyond during the smooth processes and "bumps in the road"! There wasn't one question she couldn't answer or even foresee coming! 5 star rating for Christy Neff, will definitely recommend her to others!

Lisa Wolfe was a thoroughly outstanding real estate agent to work with when looking for our new home! Making this decision was not easy, but Lisa was totally patient and totally professional as we worked our way through the decision making process. We were wanting to move from the Bradenton area and find something closer to downtown Sarasota and charming. We looked in Longboat Key and finally decided on a perfect new house in Lido Shores, north of Saint Armands Circle.
