Jo-Anne was generous with her time and energy and patient as we looked at property three separate times before purchasing a property on October 10th. Jo-Anne was always professional in all matters including code of ethics, dress, driving and phone etiquette. She remained pleasant through even trying moments. Little things mean a lot like bringing water for us in the car or coffee and a little treat in the office after a long day of property searching. She gave good background facts that enabled us to make good decisions. She has that certain charm and good humor we sometimes find lacking. In our Florida search we had realtors in Naples, Marco Island, etc. and Jo-Anne was by far the best. She definitely influenced our decision to settle on Venice for our vacation home. Most of all she is trustworthy.

We met Nicole calling Michael Saunders requesting a realtor available to show up a property but We were in our way to Miami and didn't have too much time. She made it to the property a lot quicker that what We expected. After that She started working with Us. We receive the best service ever. She is the must helpful realtor and person ever met .
