As a new person to the Englewood area, I honestly didn't know where to start in my search for a new home. After talking with Reatha on the phone, she immediately "got me" and knew instinctively better than I what type of place I would fall in love with. Reatha's picture should be in Websters under Ultimate Realtor, however Reatha is more than just that. She has become a friend and confidant and my wish is for us to be forever friends. Reatha listens and she can visualize the perfect home for you by what you share with her about your family and personal life. In less than two days, Reatha selected three properties for me to see and she was spot on in two out of three. Who does that??? I'll tell you who; a person who really cares about her contacts and goes over and beyond what you would expect. We purchased one of the two the next day. Reatha didn't leave me grasping for answers, but followed step by step explaining the maze of necessary paperwork and she "held my hand" the whole time. Reatha just knew what I was feeling and there are no words that I can use to describe the essence of Reatha. She is one of a kind and touches each one as if they are the most important person in the universe. Gregory was very helpful when we had our first thought of moving to Florida. We knew nothing, had an idea, and needed some hand-holding. Gregory was wonderful to work with...extremely responsive, provided a lot of information, and we were delighted when we finally closed on a home purchase signing a contract in a Lowe's parking lot on our way back to the airport.
