I could not have been more pleased with the service that I recieved from Bruce Meyer. I felt that he went above and beyond the duties of an agent. It was not an easy decision to consider leaving Longboat Key after nearly 25 years. If you are looking for someone with experience and knowledge, Marcia is the person. Marcia was able to guide us with information on comparative properties of similar size and even plots smaller than ours. She even went a step further to have a builder review the property before we made our offer, making sure we got the right plot for our future building needs. She provided us with options for financing, plot surveyors, and even Title closers. The experience dealing with this professional was like a one-stop shop!
