We put it on the market in October, 2014, it was under agreement by mid-December and closed in January, 2015. Between the listing and the agreement, Maruta hosted at least a half-dozen open houses. She presented the home at its best, on web sites, in helping us prepare for the showing, in her gracious handling of other realtors and prospects, in following up when she saw the interest, and especially in knowing how to move an interested party to close the sale. It’s true that Michael Saunders provides impressive resources behind the sale of a house, but it’s the skill of the agent that puts them together, persuades the seller of their value, and uses them effectively. Maruta is exceptional. She did a wonderful job, and we were lucky to have her representing us.

This was not our first experience with Diane. As in the past, she was exceptionally helpful with the information she provided so that we could make an informed decision. Diane gave us all the listings and her personal opinion that based on our specific wants, this was the place for us. She met with the builders we are considering and offered her comments in an unbiased, but honest manner. We look forward to dealing with her again as we continue on with our home building and home selling process.

We attended an open house with Sandra Maslen on October 4, 2015. Sandra was very informative, professional and gracious in her presentation of the property. She made us feel welcome and answered our questions that we had regarding the community.

Veronika is a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable real estate agent in the Sarasota area. She is efficient, optimistic, and a caring person. As out of town clients, we found her to be very helpful and she guided us throughout the whole buying process of our condo on Siesta Key. Veronika was ready and able to address all issues. Katie is a warm and pleasant person who took us to a variety of homes over a number of days. She helped us work through our many thoughts and concerns. She is very professional. We are so please that we met her and look forward to finishing what we came to do while in Florida. Find a "winter retreat" and enjoy our winters in sunny Florida. Our Siesta Key home was not an easy sale. It was an older home, 2 bedroom, with a separate guest cottage; so the universe of potential buyers was relatively small. Unlike most realtors with whom we have dealt, Jerry & Sandy took our listing and then actively and fervently marketed our home. They explored and acted on every possibility and opportunity. They were creative, persistent, and professional; and they got it sold and for a great price. I worked with Tony close to a year before actually moving to Sarasota. Once we were here, it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and interested in the type of housing we were looking for. I always felt I could ask him questions and would receive an honest answer regarding the property. When we found the unit, the closing process was handled without any problems and everything went very smoothly. It was a sheer joy working with him.

My wife, Judy, and I want to let you know how pleased and appreciative we are of the superlative service provided by Bernadette Caswell in regard to our recent Sarasota home purchase. We consider ourselves extraordinarily fortunate to have met Bernadette. We visited Sarasota for the first time in March and never in our wildest dreams did we expect to own a home by July. After the closing Bernadette asked me if there was anything she could have done better to assist us. She has been and continues to be so wonderful I can honestly say there is not anything she could have done better. I've had several questions since the closing and Bernadette answered them with the same diligence as she did prior to closing. Judy and I came to the same realization that Bernadette provided us the same level of service we would expect if we were purchasing a multimillion dollar home.
