Stuart Lawrence is definitely the man to see if you are selling your home, or looking to buy. My home was recently sold by Stuart in just about a month's time. It was such a pleasure dealing with this realtor. He is charming, knowledgeable, and definitely puts 110% plus of his time into the sale of your property. Enjoyed working with Mindy and her boundless energy. She knew the right strategy to market the property and worked tirelessly on finding the right person for this unique space. She also had several good suggestions on how to make it more attractive as opposed to ideas from previous realtors which were totally unusable. We have already discussed the possibility of listing another property with her in the future, which shows our confidence in her abilities.

Doug Parks is a consumate professional. He has excellent market knowledge. But more importantly to me than that is that Doug is a sincere, trusting, and very nice person. I consider myself extremely lucky that the first real estate sign I called on down in Lido about 6 years ago was one of Doug's listings. I have, and will continue to refer Doug to anyone I know who has real estate needs in his marketplace! 5 Stars for Doug all the way!

Pam Wall is amazing. Were it not for her, and the effort she puts into helping her clients achieve their goals, we probably would not now be living here. We came in October. Pam and Bob spent two days giving us a thorough introduction to the Sarasota market. We went back to Virginia and spent the next eight months prepping, listing, and finally selling our house there, all the while following this market online with Pam’s unflagging assistance, suggestions and answers. We came back in July, ready to buy. We knew what we wanted. So did Pam. Within two days, she had shown us the house in which we now live. By day three we were in competition for it. On day four – because we had been able to draw on her expertise, energy, and dedication -- we won that competition. With a stack of Pam’s business cards in hand, we went back to Virginia to arrange the move. By the time we left, we had given them to everyone we encountered who expressed an interest in Florida. We moved in on September 2nd (our 54th wedding anniversary). Asking Pam to help us make that happen (on that date) was one of the two best decisions we’ve ever made. It should also be noted that her efforts on our behalf did not stop when we closed on this house. Her recommendations of whom to call to get what accomplished have continued, and been “right on.” We cannot recommend her highly enough.

The biggest compliment I can give to Sylvia for all her hard work in finding me the perfect home in Sarasota, is to recommend her to everyone I know!
