I have been working with Tony Boothby since February of 2015. As a soon-to-be-retiree living in Connecticut, who is interested in relocating to Florida’s southern Gulf Coast, Tony has been more than helpful in guiding me through Sarasota’s real estate options. During a recent visit, (that unfortunately had a time restraint) he took my wife and me on a mini-tour of the area and also provided us with a showing of some available homes he felt, from our conversations in the past months, would be to our liking and in our price range. He also provides us, on a daily basis, with a listings portal of currently on-the-market homes that is beyond helpful. I will continue working with Tony, and when we leave the Northeast, for good, in late spring early summer of 2016, he will continue to be “our agent” and I am sure together we will find a place that my wife and I will call “home.” Rick and Lynne Bohan

Over the years my wife and I have bought and sold several homes. Recently Sandy and Jerry Strom handled the sale of our 3-bedroom condo on Siesta Key. I am so pleased to say that we have never had a better experience with realtors. From the first meeting to the closing, Sandy and Jerry handled everything in an efficient and professional manner. And in addition, they were warm and helpful, making them a pleasure to work with. When selecting a realtor it would be hard to find any team better than that of Sandy and Jerry Strom.

Maryann Casey was our agent, and was extremely helpful in the process of selling our house and the eventual packing and moving of some of our belongings, mostly on her own without our being in Florida during the move and closing. She was responsive to our needs and helpful in advising us in many areas. We are happy with the results and wanted you to know that Maryann really was a big help in the whole process from listing, showing, and advertising the house, to selling it and helping right through to the closing.

We would like to give our recommendation of Tim Lupia as the best real estate agent ever. When we were looking to relocate from Cape Coral, FL to the Sarasota area, we engaged an agent in Sarasota. It was a disaster. We lost the house we were interested in purchasing because of that agent. We were ready to give up on relocating when we saw an advertisement for a house and sent an inquiry. The agent that responded was Tim Lupia. What a blessing. We arranged to meet and look at houses in the Sarasota-Venice area. After looking at several homes, we mentioned the home we had lost out on. Tim remembered touring that house and was able to help us purchase it. We have never been happier. Tim always treated us with respect and caring. We would recommend him to anyone looking to find the home of their dreams.

On the last leg of our honeymoon trip my husband took me to the Sarasota area on the Gulf Coast of Florida. He wanted to share the area that he enjoyed so much on month long rentals while growing up. We spent our time exploring sandy white beaches, the jetties, fishing and proceeded to extend our trip an additional week. On one of our exploration trips we ventured into an open house condo. We've always been lucky but somehow we believe we were beyond lucky to have encountered Tim Lupia that afternoon. Tim was showing the condo and the conversation turned to fishing and other interests -- it was like catching up with an old friend you hadn't seen in a while. Tim made it seem like it took an instant to decided we were going to own a piece of property there -- it was a natural choice. We returned to Northern California and Tim continued to search for us and would go out to the properties and send a little video if the internet listings pictures were not enough. He was super patient and went above and beyond to get our offer accepted, even volunteering to be our proxy if we couldn't make it to an inspection. We now have a bi-coastal honeylife with a wonderful home in Nokomis and have Tim to thank for it.

We had the best experience with Rosalie. This has been our fifth experience with selling and buying real estate, and by far the best. As soon as Rosalie knew what we were looking for, she lined up a great list of properties for us. We found a perfect place, exactly what we wanted and we have her to thank for that.
