I have owned and sold multiple properties and at no time have I commented on the performance of the agent. However, Sherri did such good job that I have to let you know what a treasure you have there. All through the process she was conscientious, very competent and was always one step ahead of the work at all times. She was always smiling, very pleasant and conducted herself in a professional manner. Julie is just special! We felt like we were working with a good friend. She follows up with questions immediately. Provides names of various inspectors, lawyers, etc. She gets the ball rolling. If there is any doubt about a purchase, Julie is very reassuring. She strives for perfection and deals never seem to unravel under her guidance. We wish all real estate agents could be more like Julie. We found the perfect house on a 4 day trip with the intention of only looking for a rental. It was because Julie knows what listings and pricepoints to show and has a feel for a client's preferences.
