Marta clearly understood our needs and helped us throughout the process in ways that went above and beyond our highest expectations. She knew the process, was very organized, was always reachable, and was on our side to negotiate for what was fair. Besides her knowledge on real estate and relocation, she had a great instinct for dealing with people and getting ahead of the game by anticipating the next move. She provided contacts (Lawyer, Inspector, Cleaning Service, and Gardener) that turned out great. Above all, what impressed us the most was her ability to make us feel calm and give us confidence that we would find the house that we were looking for despite setbacks with a couple of properties or the sheer stress that comes from the relocation itself. Prior to listing with Marta, I had worked unsuccessfully with 3 other Realtors over a 2 year period. I have to say that Marta's level of knowledge, energy, effort, know how and can do attitude has vastly exceeded my expectations. She compassionately guided me into the maze of the short sale, and has been a powerful advocate and support throughout this entire process. I moved here as an empty nester and met Marta at a women’s group meeting. She offered to help me find a rental home and proceeded to include me in social gatherings so I could meet some more people. She was invaluable in getting us into our home so we could start our life. She will continue to have our business.

After a horrible first-time home buying experience, I took to the Michael Saunders website to find a new realtor who would not only find me a gorgeous home, but who would listen to what I had to say and take my opinions into consideration, as well as fight for me. After scouring all of the agents on the site, I came across Deborah O’Mara, whose resume shined with excellence and expertise. Within 20 minutes of calling her, I was standing in what would soon be my new home. As a first- time homebuyer, she exemplified the epitome of patience and always gave it to me straight. In working with Deborah, there was never a doubt in her level of professionalism and competence. Deborah's knowledge of the area and skill in negotiating on my behalf, led me into my two-bedroom sanctuary. When we would reach the next step in the home-buying process, she would have answers before I could even ask questions. In meeting Deborah, I was given my first home and a professional role model. We are so fortunate that we chose Veronika as our real estate agent. She did so many things to make our sale go smoothly. She collected , packaged and shipped personal items we wished to keep. She got us estimates for work needed to be done. When one repair man did not fully complete the job she personally saw to it being finished correctly. I would certainly give her my recommendation.

We were recommended Jane through a friend and have not been disappointed. I had considered my husband and I a tough sale because we had exhausted our first realtor and forewarned Jane that we were hard to please. We had a long list of wants in a home and I was sure that Jane would be exhausted too; however I met my match!! Jane was able to meet both our wants and find the house of our dreams. She did not back down when things got tough and did an outstanding job in the final negotiations of the buy offer and contract. Thank you Jane for all you do!!

Janine has been excellent to work with, she went above and beyond what most realtors would do. She listened to my needs, and gave her professional opinion when needed. As a first time home buyer I would highly recommend Janine, she did not take advantage of my situation or steer me in any direction I did not want to go. She was patient while we found the right home home for me in the niche neighborhood I desired. I asked many questions along the way, and she was determined to get me answers. For these reasons I know I'll work with Janine on future transactions I may encounter. I'm confident that she will work hard with all her customers, as she did with me. I highly recommend Janine!
