This was our second home purchase with Jane. Jane's expertise is second to none. She takes the time to understand our needs, and is very honest in helping us manage our expectations. Jane was very thorough in showing us different areas and the spectrum of homes that were within our bounds. Along the way, she provided feedback about the area, as well as insight on the ability of the home to maintain its value. Her knowledge of the purchase process, in terms of options available to finance our home, as well as advice of potential upgrades to be considered were helpful, especially when developing the initial offer. Her negotiation advice and process are very efficient, in that we did not have much of an offer and counter offer process. We pretty much cut to the bottom-line, which I know we appreciated, and I am sure the seller appreciated as well. All in all, I would recommend Jane to any serious buyer in Sarasota.

She was a true gem! Michael listed and sold by property in April 2015. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, readily available, capable and was there to answer my questions and guide me through the process at every juncture. My wife and I are first-time homebuyers, so we were pretty wet behind the ears when it comes to understanding the ins and outs of real estate. Thankfully, Marta Hudson was there for us every step of the way. She not only educated us on the whole home-buying process, but she went above and beyond to find the home that we were looking for. Marta diligently searched the listings, physically drove around to various areas of interest, and collected information from contacts and people in the know. Most of all, Marta didn’t push us into any house or area where we weren’t familiar. She allowed us to see what was available and make our own choices, often giving us tips and advice to nudge us along the way. She is courteous, friendly, and trustworthy. Throughout the entire process, never did I feel that Marta was in this business to make money or to establish a name for herself. She was constantly serving our needs and interests day and night. In the course of finding a home, Marta was not only a Realtor. She became a lasting friend. Having seen her shepherd us into a new home, a home which is far better than I expected to find, I recommend her to everyone I know. Why? Because she will do her darndest to put them in a home that makes them happy. In a dog-eat-dog world filled with self-serving individuals, it is refreshing to find someone who genuinely desires to help you and meet your needs. I would like to extend my gratitude. I spoke to Marta four months before the end of the year. She assured me that she could get a good price for my property in a timely fashion. At a stretch I was hoping that it would be sold by early part of the following year or sooner. Much to my surprise and delight, through Marta’s hard work, professionalism and good people skills, my property was sold in a matter of weeks. Thanks to Marta my closing was on Dec 3rd of same year and I can move on with my life. I would highly recommend Marta to anybody who is in the market of selling their property. She is true to her word.
