Margo helped me in every way when she sold my home on Siesta Key in 2013. She did a video of my home and took stunning photographs. Margo also helped to stage my home before listing it. Excellent Realtor, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, truly delightful! Jennifer is the real deal, an excellent realtor to have working with you on your search for a home in the Burnt Store area. In particular we were looking for a winter home in Burnt Store Marina and we were very fortunate to find Jennifer, who having owned several homes in BSM, is very knowledgeable. Jennifer was very patient with my countless questions/concerns and her response time to my phone calls/email/texts was exceptional. It didn't matter if it was outside of business hours, Jennifer was always quick to respond, and if she didn't have the answer at the time, see let me know that she was working on it. Jennifer went the extra mile, for example, when I had a question about remodeling that she had done on a similar model that we were interested in, she went home, took pictures and sent them to me....within hours! When at the last minute we found ourselves unable to make it down for closing, Jennifer and her team stepped up and turned lemons into lemonade. In summation...we couldn't have been happier!

Dana is probably the most ethical and committed realtor I have known ( and I've bought and sold many times!). I knew she was wonderful because from the beginning she was polite, prompt and always confirmed our meetings. She was continually enthusiastic and tireless in trying to fulfill my real estate wish list, without being overbearing or pushy. She is very knowledgeable about the market, as well as neighborhoods in and around the Sarasota area. There is no doubt that if I were to move, and needed to sell, she would be my realtor once again.
