Mindy could not have been more helpful when purchasing our condo. With me not available to look at the condos, and having my father go look at everything, she kept me informed, sending pictures, thoughts and information. Honestly, I could not have done this without her, and I was so thankful for her. She is truly an excellent agent, and I couldn't recommend her more.

It was our first time buying in the US. We are from Canada. Rudy helped alleviate our confusion and answered our many questions 24/7. If he didn't know the answer he looked into it and responded in a prompt manner. He is a great guy. Not a pushy saleman type which we appreciated. Continues to assist us even after the sale. Would highly recommend Rudy to family and friends. There would be no other choice for us.

Rebecca was courteous and professional knowing what our expectations are in looking for a home in a new community. She took the time to explain what we should expect in the areas we were unfamiliar with and that means a lot especially when we live out of state. We are in contact with Rebecca anticipating another trip to Florida and will certainly make sure she is our agent.

Rudy was great! He took my preferences and lifestyle into consideration as I wasn't sure if I wanted a condo, home or new construction. He showed me all three! He provided great advice and guidance - telling me if he thought a property was priced appropriately, or if the HOA fees to high for my budget, or if the neighborhood was a fit. He came prepared with a folder of properties we were going to see and a pen for me to make notes. When I finally purchased a condo, Rudy was present for the home inspection and again for the walk through prior to closing. He offered his assistance after the closing by offering to coordinate some repair work on my behalf since I live out of town. From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for a better agent! I highly recommend Rudy!
