Janine Poppa helped me find a lovely condo to buy in the Sarasota, Fl. area. I enjoyed working with her so much that I listed my condo with her when I was ready to sell it. She promptly held an open house and it sold quite quickly. I would recommend Janine Poppa as both a buying and selling agent.

We met Ken on our recent home tours for retirement property in Sarasota County. We found Ken to be very knowledgeable and informative on property issues ranging from construction to taxes, local codes to area history, and amenities to traffic patterns. It was a pleasure to work with Margo during our search for a Florida retirement home. She provided information regularly for a full year before we traveled south, keeping up a web "portal" featuring current listings that met our criteria and sending us frequent emails. Margo was very helpful on the phone and by email making a stressful task more enjoyable for us! During our on-site home tours Margo was accommodating, organized, and pleasant. She provided packets on each home and was flexible to set up additional appointments on short notice. Margo is very knowledgeable about the Sarasota County area and a pleasure to work with.

Ours was a very complicated case. To make a long story short, Anna worked her butt off for us. She was available EVERY single time we needed her. She returns every e-mail, every text, every phone call within minuets!! She stood firm for us when there were issues. She is a "CAN DO" person. We really can't say enough about her. We WILL use Anna again. The whole package is SO convenient, having the title company right there is a bonus. Hats off to Michael Saunders and Company!!
