Kristina Skepton is the most professional realtor we have ever dealt with. She always had our needs foremost in mind. Right away there was a great feeling and easy rapport with her. From our initial interaction right through to the end of our closing, Magda displayed the utmost professionalism. She was knowledgeable about the market and quick to show us a plethora of homes. She spent a lot of time getting to know us and what we were looking for in a home. She was quite responsive, always available via phone, email or text at any time, and she parlayed requested information in a timely fashion. She worked late into the night on a holiday weekend to put a contract on a home for us. Through the lengthy process of coming to terms all parties agreed upon, she remained optimistic and encouraging. We were 100% satisfied with Magda, and we would recommend her highly. Janine was very knowledgeable about the current market. At her suggestion, I renovated a 1925, Florida Bungalow, in the Indian Beach neighborhood, to maximize the value of the home. She was right. The home sold for more than $130,000 over another realtor's estimate. During the closing process, she was involved in all the inspections and appraisal. She also helped me to buy the perfect home in Sarasota---again involved in all the inspections and negotiations. Thanks, Janine!

Debbie was a great pleasure to work with and highly professional. She consistently had a pleasant demeanor, was very efficient and demonstrated a strong knowledge of the area property market.
