I have dealt with a dozen different real estate agents over the past 5 years in Sarasota.....my experiences with all of them have been less than great.....until Rosalie.....she knows her business......Rosalie makes us feel that we have a "partner" in our real estate ventures instead of just "another" real estate person......5 stars !!

Ben represented the Seller on a deal in which I was Buyer. He was as helpful and attentive to my requests as any commercial agent I've dealt with - really helped make the deal happen. Definitely a rising star in the CRE industry - glad to have met and worked with him.

Laura has been far and away the best real estate agent we have dealt with, She prepared for our first meeting by trying to understand and anticipate our needs. She helped us discover the area and understand the dynamics of the market as we tried to determine to build or buy an existing home. After our offer was accepted she helped make sure all steps were taken in a timely manner by all parties. After the closing she continued to make sure all was in place and our needs as newcomers to the area were being met. I other parts of life her approach would be described as above and beyond the call of duty. Not only would we recommend her, we also made a friend!

The entire transaction from listing to closing was managed in a professional manner. I was initially concerned that selling the house would require travel to Florida from my home in California, but you took care of every detail [remotely].
