Debbie recently represented us as a buyers agent - we were visiting Bradenton and had 1 week to find a vacation home for the extended family which meant making 5 different buyers happy and doing it between nap times for four toddlers. Well we found the property and Debbie was phenomenal start to finish preparing a bunch of good properties for us to tour upon arrival and also following up on the property post closing through to us taking possession. I couldn't be more positive on the experience

My wife and I listed our house with Bruce. He spent a lot of time with us by walking through the house and making suggestions of how to make it ready for sale. When he showed us the pictures, I was astonished the house looked so good! It's been only a few weeks, but we've had some showings with very positive feedback. Bruce is constantly in touch so I feel like we're a great team.
