I was honored when Janet requested that I write on this wall. I found her to be engaging, intelligent and defenitely knows the real estate market in and around Sarasota, FLA. Also, she was able to direct me so I did not have to work so much. I was able to conclude a successful search and put my purchase on hold. I will be following this young lady!

I have bought and sold several homes over the years, and Theresa and David were by far the best realtors I have ever worked with. They always quickly responded to my questions and stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process ensuring my best interest. During construction, David even posted weekly pictures of my new house so that I could monitor its progress from another state. They are a very competent, personable and professional team. I recommend them unequivocally.

Working with Reatha was a pleasure. She was very informative and came prepared with all the information on any house we looked at. Reatha listened on what we were looking for in a house and because of the short time we had, assisted us quickly with listings. She was thorough and very professional. We will recommend Reatha to everyone we know that is buying or selling a home. We not only found our home, we also made a friend. Reatha, from the bottom of our hearts thank you.

From the very beginning of my search for a home, Debra was awesome! She spent time showing me properties and when it came time to make an offer, she gave me great suggestions. Debra was so helpful and reassuring. What could have been a very difficult and scary time, Debra helped make closing seem very easy. She kept me very informed throughout the closing process, and I will be delighted to refer her to anyone in the future! Thank you so much, Debra!! I love my new home!!

As a seller, we have the pleasure of dealing with Dan as the buyer's agent. We have been most impressed by Dan's professionalism, his honesty and commitment to create value for all parties. He freely shares his vast knowledge. Dan dots the I's and crosses the T's, all part of making sure there are no surprises. He easily manages expectations and perceptions of both buyer and seller and creates an atmosphere of trust. He certainly ranks among the best!
