Karen is everything you could want in a real estate agent. We purchased our home from Arizona without seeing it in person. Karen walked us through the process, sent many pictures, answered many questions, and got us through our first on-line closing. The day we arrived, she was there with the keys to welcome us to our new Punta Gorda home. She made the whole process easy and fun. Not long after our arrival friends came for a visit from New Jersey and Karen walked them through the process of buying a home right down the street. If you want a professional who has your back Karen is the one!

We recently purchased a villa in Heritage Harbor in Bradenton, Florida. We had never met Janis Collier before we went with her to search for a place (email only!). She asked questions and took us out and immediately knew what we wanted! After the second day we purchased our place . She and Ron Collier were extremely helpful with the purchase- actually more than any realtor we have dealt with in the past. They both went above and beyond what was necessary including setting up home inspection and doing final walk through while we were out of town at closing. Now, if anyone mentions that they might be looking for a place in Florida ,we immediately give them the Collier Group's name and contact information.

[Jennifer] managed the contractors hired to spruce up the house and personally staged the house for sale. The results were outstanding. The house sold in fewer than average days for slightly more than the full asking price. Jennifer and her team were there for everything from market evaluation to closing. We would only rely on Jennifer if we ever return to Florida.

Barbara is a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and approachable. We felt comfortable with her right away! Being out of state buyers, we were a bit apprehensive in the beginning, but with Barbara the process went incredibly smooth. Barbara gave us excellent advice through the negotiation process as well as items that came about from the inspection process, which made us feel comfortable with the various decisions that had to be made. We would highly recommend Barbara to anyone looking for a GREAT agent in the Manatee County area.
