Lisa recently assisted me in placing a tenant in my home in Palmer Ranch. Throughout the entire process, she was the consummate professional. I met the lady Alisha around 6 months ago and had the honor of visiting her home for she was in need of a small remodeling project. Mark was out of town when we first contacted him about seeing the house we bought. He arranged for someone to meet us on very short notice the week of Christmas to tour the home. Throughout the buying procedure he kept in contact with us. We then lived in Indiana. Mark is very professional and personable.

We lived in Virginia, and wanted to move to Florida but with our intense work schedules, we didn't have time to visit the area first and look at homes while staying in hotels. Mr. McCann took care of it all; opening the house for inspections and service providers, to a settlement that didn't require our physical presence. We met at the house, handed over the check and got the house key, as easy as checking into a hotel but it was our new home!
