Mark did an amazing job in helping us through the process, he helped us understand the contract we decided to put in an inspection requirement He also helped organize an inspection, and assisted in finding a mortgage broker

Mark McCann was recommended by a friend who had him as her realtor when she purchased her house on Siesta Key. Mark was most responsive to our needs and interests in looking for a house in the Sarasota area. He was extremely patient with us. as my wife and I changed our criteria for a house and its location the more familiar that we became with Sarasota. We were most lucky to have such an accommodating and knowledgeable realtor working for us.

Mark was amazing. He located our home for us by searching the neighborhood and saw a small sign go up. He called me and relayed he was going in to take photos later that day and he would email them. He "thought this was it" and I should make arrangements to fly down. I did, the next day and with another offer already on the table, we negotiated right then and there. 3 weeks later we closed. Awesome!

Mark McCann has an impressive knowledge of Sarasota, in general and Siesta Key specifically. I am not exaggerating when I say that Mark is the most knowledgeable of all the Realtors I have worked with anywhere in the 45 years I have been a home owner. He is energetic and professional and quickly understood the kind of home I was looking for. I doubt I would have found the home I now own and love if it hadn't been for Mark's role in finding it. I recommend him without reservation.
