We live up north, so Ken had to do most of the legwork finding us a home near the water. Ken presented us with a detailed portfolio of excellent homes; one we just couldn’t resist. Ken negotiated on our behalf, took care of all of the details and got us the house for a great price. Ken is a great guy and is the best Realtor we have ever met! Ken put in alot of effort to sell our property and kept us informed each step along the way. We would highly recommend him based on our thoroughly satisfactory experience.

Ken was very professional and responsive in helping us sell our house. He arranged for a very impressive set of pictures and helped us understand the sale process. Our home sold in 6 days at almost full asking price. That tells me it was priced right and Ken worked hard at marketing it.

Ken is an honest, hard-working real estate agent. He got right on the ball and took care of things. If we had to leave him a message on his phone he responded right away, we never had to wait for him. He is very professional and dependable. He was not pushy at all. So pleased he was our agent!

I listed our condo in Punta Gorda a few months ago with Sue Parr's team. The condo went under contract this week and I have been very, very impressed with them. The condo was listed for two years with another agency with no prospects of ever being sold; Sue and her team got it done in two months. They have been very professional and have given me perfect advice. I would recommend them to anyone.
