My whole experience working with Ken and his team was a very positive one. He had a great inventory of homes to show me; were well versed in the market place; knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and overall did a great job. But most importantly, he became a friend and trusted advisor. Since the sale of the condo he has personally remained in contact with me and helped me on many occasions. Thank you Sue, the entire sale transaction from listing to closing was managed in a professional manner. I was initially concerned that selling the house would require travel to Florida from my home in California, but you took care of every detail and the entire transaction was completed by telephone, text and email. Your advice on making several upgrades was spot on and thank you for managing all the contractors and seeing that the work was completed in a timely manner. Having your personal knowledge of the local contractors made the upgrade work run smoothly. I am delighted with the results you achieved.

Ken is an outstanding Realtor with exceptional perception and qualifications related to his client’s requirements. His in-depth study of the type of real estate we were looking for was truly amazing. After looking at several excellent choices he saved the best for last and we decided to make an offer. Our offer was accepted and we closed on our condo. Marlene Marshall is a complete Realty Professional. Not only did she sell my home at Island Reef, she brought me rental customers for the years before I sold. As we began our search for a condo in the Siesta Key/Longboat Key area, we were inundated with offers from agents of many different companies.
