Diane sold our house in Sarasota and did an excellent service. We bought our first house on Longboat Key and Diane was the seller. She sold the house for us and in the same year we bought another house from her, which she has now sold. We are very impressed of her handling of these sales and we completely trust her. She is not only a very efficient seller but she has become our friend during these last 20 years. If we ever come back to Florida we will certainly ask Diane for her services.

Tom helped my husband and I look for a condo. With the info we gave him he went out of his way to look for a place that was just perfect and we couldn't be happier! I have had the pleasure of working with Dana as we begin the search for our new home in Sarasota. Having owned a business for many years I always appreciated when a client would take the time to recognize one of our employees who services they valued. As humans sometimes we will take the time to complain but not the time to praise. Dana is professional but approachable; she is very knowledgeable about the Sarasota market; most importantly I value her integrity.

Marcia was very professional, she kept close tabs on lender, inspectors etc. Buying out of state was not an issue as Marcia responded promptly to any concerns or questions via email, text, or phone. When showing properties she was well prepared and efficient so that no time was wasted. Working with Marcia was a pleasant experience!

We had decided to find a home in Florida through the internet. I met Norma over the phone. Norma went out of her way to accommodate my husband and I. Norma went to look at houses we were interested in and to our surprise she sent back videos. She took videos inside and out doors and around the street to show what type of neighborhood the house was located in. Her professionalism gave us the insight we needed beyond what was on paper. She kept us grounded and finally we got what we wanted. Norma is extremely good in keeping the paperwork in order and on schedule. She is incredibly responsive to all our questions and very flexible. She is not there to just make a sale she takes her job seriously and you will love her work ethics. Norma has been awesome in our house search. She was there for us when appraiser and Inspectors went to check the house out. She sent us back videos and feedback from all that was going on with the house. Buying a house via internet is not the best way, but with Norma it is a lot less nerve wracking; its like you are there with her! She is an experienced realtor with good customer service skills with profound and honest feedback on houses and neighborhoods. She has a knack of being comforting and gracious. She went the extra mile to make things clear in making good decisions. She speaks Spanish also. I can't recommend her enough!!! She's awesome. 5 Stars is not enough to speak of her excellence! When I moved back to Sarasota and decided I was ready to buy my first home, Tom was the perfect choice to help me through this process. He worked extremely hard to show me the many options available, weed out what was important to me and educate me so when I made a decision I felt very confident.
