Along the road to home ownership, I encountered a few hurdles, mainly that my price range was too low for most brokers. Fortunately for me Bill Barrs of Home and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers didn't feel that way. Bill not only helped in obtaining financing, but when all was said and done Bill help me get a reliable mover willing to make the short move of 3 miles. Not only did Bill help me obtain my home he has continued to reach out to me from time to time to see how things were going. So, when the time comes for me to sell my home Bill Barrs is the person I want handling the process. Thanks, Bill for my home and sanity!!!

May 2015 I purchased a house on Palm Avenue in Boca Grande a year ago, and I had the pleasure of working with Janie Vaughn as a co-broker in the transaction. She made seamless the offer, the P&S, building and pest inspections, a new survey and the closing. After the purchase, she went out of her way to help with finding service people for the pool, landcaping, AC, appliances and the like, accepted deliveries when I was away and even selected fabrics and arranged for some re-upholstery. I had the pleasure of working with Adam on selling my mother's condo, and I do not live in FL. Unfortunately, during the selling process we discovered there was work that needed done on the condo in order to sell it. I did not know how I was going to get the work done because I was not there to let all of the contractors into the unit. Adam told me not to worry, he would take care of everything and he did. He even helped coordinate many of the service calls that had to be made. After the work was completed, he got the condo sold and closed within 10 days. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
