Kristina Skepton is an 'ABSOLUTE JEWEL!' While visiting my friend in Sarasota this past January I fell in love with the area. I contacted Kristina to make an immediate appointment, explaining I had one day, before returning home. Kristina accommodated me despite a most busy schedule. I loved the way Kristina showed her kindness, enthusiasm and gentle manner. She perceived quite quickly that I was not sure about relocating at this point but she continued to take the time to put me at ease and she never once made me feel guilty for taking up her time even though I was not ready to take the plunge. I explained that I wanted to rent during the 2106 season, first, and that I would get back to her. Kristina continued to e-mail me during the next 4 months and showed such a genuine interest on my behalf. Finally, she suggested I call 2 rental agents and within the week a new apartment was listed. Kristina e-mailed me to see if anything came up. I called her with the great news and the first thing she asked is there anything she could do for me. Even though Kristina was on holiday she took the time to talk to me at length and offered to look at the apartment for me because I happened to mention that the pictures were unclear. Kristina is a PHENOMENAL asset to her company, as well as her community. She really is, "ONE OF A KIND". When I am ready to purchase, I will only work with Kristina. Selling one's home is a Rite of Passage that is a major upheaval; partly because one is being uprooted and partly because of the seemingly infinite number of anxiety- producing issues that arise between you, your agent, the buyer, and the buyer's agent. When we recently put our beautiful and beloved home up for sale, we worried about selecting an agent. And we were right! We interviewed several and then we found Janet Montgomery at Michael Saunders. Janet was gracious, empathetic, efficient, and straightforward, she provided us with a realistic appraisal and goal for selling the house. Throughout the sales process, we found her to be supportive, professional, yet charming, and exceptionally honest and forthright. Our home went live on the internet quickly and because of the excellent photos and detailed description of the house, immediately generated interest. Unusual and most appreciated was Janet's insistence at being present at every single showing. She was well positioned to address any questions posed by prospective buyers and thus streamlined the process and rarely needed to bother us with their questions. The house sold within three weeks to a well-vetted buyer. Janet continued to follow through to closing, easing our concerns along the way. As a Boston native seeking a retirement home for my parents (ages 83 and 81), we went down to Sarasota and met Elizabeth through a referral of First American Title Insurance Company. From our first meeting at our hotel, her commitment to excellence was immediately present as she so thoughtfully pulled together a complete binder filled with all the items for our long weekend adventure of house hunting. Included were individual maps of the three municipalities we were looking to explore which she showed us so that we had a bearing regarding proximity to beaches, downtown centers and the airport. In addition, she printed out and organized with tabs 15+ properties with color photos of the units with the accompanying details. To top it off, included in the binder was a handbook she personally compiled into a yellow booklet called "The Best of Sarasota" which was stocked full of restaurants by genre, arts & museums, popular cafes, bookstores, entertainment and more. Elizabeth was extremely attentive to my parents and a personal concierge for us during our long 5 day weekend trip. She drove us through neighborhoods and scenic areas of interest for us to educate ourselves on the activities and culture of Sarasota. She was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I am happy to report we found a beautiful three bedroom home in the time we spent with Elizabeth in a complex with amenities including an Olympic size pool and club house which houses a library, exercise room, movie room and banquet facilities. We are thrilled with our purchase and look forward to having a second home in Bradenton. Due to the fact we live in Boston, Elizabeth was present at the inspection as well as available for service personnel to provide quotes on utility repairs during the negotiation process. Thank you for all you have done! Elizabeth went above beyond our expectations in making this process a wonderful experience for us. We are excited to begin a new chapter in our lives in Florida.

June Howell did an excellent job in selling our condo on Siesta Key while we were out of the country. We have found her to be very professional and quite knowledgeable about the market. She is an excellent communicator keeping us fully informed at all times and has a very warm personality which make you feel very comfortable and at ease. June made excellent recommendations, was always accessible and followed up various matters very closely. She is definitely very dedicated in her work and we have no hesitation to recommend June.

We were introduced to Sue by friends that bought their house through Sue several years ago. The experience of having Sue as our buying agent was fantastic, she escorted us around Punta Gorda for a week and helped immensely in finding the property we did end up purchasing in January of this year. As we are out of towners, we needed help getting financing and closing on the property, Sue's assistance through this process was superb. Sue actually assisted our friend in doing the final inspection before closing. Sue has continued to help us as we are up in the North West.
