Sue did an exceptional job working with us. She set very realistic expectations regarding expected timing and price and managed our expectations well. She developed a good strategy to show case the property and most importantly, made very timely and effective decisions which moved our sale along. At the end of the day, we were able to sell our home much sooner than we expected. Most importantly, she was able to connect us with a buyer who truly wanted to be there. How often does that happen? We were most pleased with the transaction process and would enthusiastically recommend Sue to anyone else. We have worked with a number of brokers and she is clearly at the top of the list.

During our first week of home shopping we ran into Janet at an open house. At the time we were concentrating on locations. We asked a lot of questions about Florida and she gave us good advice even though we were not particularly interested in that showing. A couple of weeks and a dozen or more open houses/agents later we decided to ask an agent to lead our search. We remembered Janet from the early open house and contacted her. We found Janet to be very knowledgeable, persistent and patient and we would highly recommend her and Michael Saunders & Co. for all the services that they provide.
