Marlene represented us in the sale of our home. She was thoughtful and respectful of our desire's with regard to the sale of the property from start to finish. This was especially important as we were unable to be physically present for the duration of our contract. In all, we were very satisfied with the whole process which was completed in under 3 months. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Janet. She was a very generous person with her time and worked us into her schedule to meet our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market in the Venice area and we found her to be a wealth of information. She went out of her way to thoroughly explain things to us, was patient with us as we were looking for a home and was always gracious.
