I have the pleasure of working at the same company as Janie Vaughan. Michael Saunders and Company. Janie is a true gem, a co-worker and a friend who can always be counted on. Last year, I encountered one of the most unfortunate tragedy's in my life. I was in the middle of a transaction with a buyer and was not able to continue. Janie jumped in, took over, and did a tremendous job! It closed with no problems and she would not take a penny from me. She is a joy to work with and another realtor would be lucky to have her on the other end of any transaction. Thank you Janie from the bottom of my heart!

Laura Bennawy had been our daughter's realtor for her 1st home and was wonderful in helping her with finding her first home last August 2014. Then she started showing my husband and myself homes the passed few months and also sending my husband home listings. She also was always helpful in showing us homes in a timely manor. My husband and I considered ourselves very fortunate when referred to Michael Moulton by our original Realtor who could not fulfill our needs. We met Elizabeth through e-mails in our quest for information on real estate in the Sarasota area. She worked with us closely on trying to find a house long distance. When we did come down to Florida she had a prepared plan for seeing the houses, snacks and water in her car for us, and a personalized notebook containing area information and the house listings. We were lucky and found a house to buy that weekend. Elizabeth helped us work on all the details in finding a house and on the closing. Elizabeth is very friendly, knowlable, and helpful. We are glad that we found her!
