Stuart is the absolute BEST negotiator I have worked with. Stuart negotiates the best deal available. Stuart knows the financial landscape and will get his clients the best deal. What I appreciate the most is, Stuart will tell me "NO" when I am have unrealistic expectations....Not many will do the same. I highly recommend Stuart Lawrence as a business/realtor.......

Janis and I first connected back in 2007 when my family temporarily relocated to Florida. During our four year stay in Sarasota, we occasionally looked at homes to buy, and Janis was always more than willing to show us around. We were indecisive and she was very patient with us, never pressuring us to go ahead with anything we weren't 100% sure of. We finally decided this year (2015) to forge ahead and buy a home in Sarasota, so of course we called Janis. She spent four full days with us, as we searched for the right fit.
