Christina was the best agent we have ever had. She was very timely, always willing to go the next step to find us exactly what we needed. She went to bat for us with a nasty neighbor. Tammy Mast is truly a 'one in a million' agent. I researched the Longboat Key market and interviewed two broker competitors in the area for high-end condos; Michael won that contest hands down. He acted as our Sellers' broker for my mother-in-law's estate. I am a retired attorney and have somewhat a jaded view about the value provided by commissioned brokers. Michael overcame my biases and completely earned my trust and appreciation. He was easy to work with, responsive, not pushy and knew the market and best practices. I will recommend him to any of my friends.
