Pam Wall was the broker in a recent transaction we completed in Sarasota. This was our first experience with Florida's transactional broker system. Pam was diligent, careful in detail, and acted in a timely fashion in all aspects of the negotiation. Pam continued to assist both parties as the process moved towards closure. While it may be true that the process of the sale is Pam's job and she gets paid for it in this writers experience her level of interaction went above and beyond the job requirements. A very telling moment in the process came when Pam was getting ready to list my side of the sale and I took an opportunity to sell it privately before it was listed. Pam's reaction was genuine and positive that I had successfully met another part of our goal. I would recommend Pam for any client who demands a high level of attention to detail, reliable process, and genuine client commitment.

Tina was very helpful throughout the entire process especially since I was in Massachusetts. She always returned my calls when she said she would, and went out of her way to help with all the paperwork on her end. You always came through for me above and beyond! You always hear great comments about Stuart Lawrence. He is the one to put you at ease when you make the decision to sell your home. Larry was wonderful! He made buying my first home in Florida a great experience. He sent me many listings of possibilities.
