Sylvia was extremely patient with us and helped us work through many options as we did not know the Sarasota area. Shewas also great in showing us the area so we could understand the many activities the Sarasota area has to offer. We love our home in Lakewood Ranch.

Sandy is hands down the best realtor I've ever dealt with! She knows her market and is great at assisting with the little details an out of town buyer struggles with. I bought a condo and she assisted in getting information from the association, the management company and the sellers, who were European. Choose Sandy and you'll have a pleasant buying experience!

Our stay was enjoyable once we resolved a few issues. When a problem arose we contacted either Lisa or Cynthia both of whom were very responsive. We were disappointed with the condition. Without repeating what I brought to Cynthia's attention which I assume you have records of besides that we enjoyed our stay. If you want specifics I would be more than happy to provide them. We were here in Venice, FL in May, and met with Alain Gardner our Realtor, who we found online. We had some idea of what we wanted to see, and he showed us everything we had requested to see. After looking at all our selected properties, he then showed us what he though we would like, based on our search requirements. Alain was spot on on his assessment of what we would like, he was so right. After we returned home he sent us many listings based on what we had liked on our visit. When we had any questions he always got right back to us, even worked right through dinner one night. He goes above and beyond for you!! We would use him again; we also tell everyone we meet about the service he provided. We bought our new home a few months later, and love our new home, thanks to Alain !! ~Bob and Toni L.
