We had some idea of what we wanted, and Alain showed us everything we requested to see. After looking at all our selected properties, he then showed us what he thought we would like, based on our requirements. Alain was spot on with his assessment of what we would like. When we had any questions he always got right back to us. He goes above and beyond for you! We would use him again and will tell everyone we meet about the service he provided. We bought our new home a few months later and love it.

I have sold and bought many homes during my lifetime. I must say that Ron and Janis were the best because they went far beyond the call of duty. We bought our home and immediately put it back on the market to sell. Two days later while the house was empty thief's broke in and stole all the appliances. Ron handled everything including ordering new appliances, reporting to the police and insurance company. He spent many extra hours coordinating everything. When we interviewed Marcia to list our home in The Oaks Bayside, we were impressed by her knowledge of the market and especially her enthusiasm for what she does.
