After looking at four I stopped the search because the first one was exactly what I was looking for. This tells me two things; that she listens to what the client is describing as a place to make a home and she really knows the Sarasota market. I can't imagine what else one would want from a real estate agent?

My wife and visited Lakewood Ranch a few months ago with the intention of exploring the area as a possible retirement location. We visited multiple homes set up for our visit by Richard. We were there only three days but to our own surprise we decided to make an offer on a house and ended up buying it. Richard had a good deal to do with our decision. He is a very professional but at the same time very sincere and human as a real estate pro. He was extremely helpful in all aspects during our house search and continues to be more than helpful well after the transaction was completed. We now regard him more as a friend than as our agent. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to all potential house-hunters in the area.

I could not have asked for a more enthusiastic agent to represent me, the seller, than Deborah. She saw the potential value of our unit and conveyed that to her clients. She used honesty and integrity in all of her dealings with not only us as the seller but also with the buyer. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a person to get their property sold or for a person looking for a specific property to buy. She knows what she is doing!
