I was in town having positive thoughts that I would be accepted for a position I applied for. I called the general office numbers and the gal that answered the phone said she could show us houses the very next day. I told her what we wanted and needed and the next thing my husband and I know, we've closed on the house of our dreams with absolutely no effort on our behalf. As a former Realtor (20 years), I do not choose a Realtor lightly. Dan Freed is a true professional. When I first called him and told him what my husband and I were looking for, he was immediately able to make solid recommendations. He even found properties that weren't yet listed for us to consider, and had excellent knowledge of the market. We had met Dan at an open house several years earlier, and noted at that time that he handled the open house in a superior manner. We signed in, gave him our email addresses, and he kept in touch by email. Dan continued sending us information on the current market and offering to help us reach our real estate goals -- but not too often. Years later, we called him. He handled our transaction, which was a complex one involving return on investment and a transition with short term (seasonal) tenants perfectly. We would highly recommend Dan Freed to anyone for any real estate search and transaction, as either a buyer or a seller, and will plan to use his services in the future.

Thanks to Jody buying our first house was a walk in the park! We had no clue about all the ins and out of buying a home and Jody was there to coach us the whole way! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home whether it is your first time or tenth time.
