We have been clients (and fans) of Helene since we met in 2004 when she took us around the Venice area looking for a home. We ended up in a lovely condo that was just perfect until a transfer forced us to relocate to the eastern side of Florida in 2014 and we once again called Helene for her expertise in selling a home. At that time, we had two condos and she listed both of them. In no time, she had them both sold. She works hard on your listing and advertises and markets your property both locally and to people up north, which is a huge blessing. Her professionalism and caring matches no other person on the market today. That is why, even 10 years later, we called Helene first and she was right there to help us out and sell our place(s). We wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about the exceptional service we received from Jonnie Dwyer and Bryan Dwyer when selling our home. It was a difficult decision to sell our lovely home but Jonnie and Bryan were so understanding and compassionate, it made it less painful. Just a note to say how pleased we are with Debra Pitell-Hauge and Kandy Donnelly, whom we got to know quite well in these past few months. Our house was sold in 5 days! Our condo was sold in less than a month! We required both sales in order to buy our new residence and were in quite a time crunch.
