Our experience with Helene Johnston was wonderful. We looked at property on a visit to Florida while visiting relatives and did so on a bit of a lark not really thinking we would do more than a quick look. Helene "got" what we were looking for even before we did and found the right community for us. We took a big plunge committing to our home after seeing it on only one trip but is has worked out wonderfully and we are very pleased! Thank you Helene!

Deborah Woods is an exceptional real estate sales person! She questioned me concerning my wants and needs, then consistently showed me properties to fit them. She did not waste my time. Even though I was looking mostly from out of state, she frequently e-mailed listings and called. She has good problem solving skills, and was gently persuasive, but never pushy. I know I saved some money by listening to her advice by buying now instead of later this season. Two weeks after closing, Deborah is still in touch, from giving me driving directions to advice on where to shop and dine. I recommend Deborah to everyone I meet interested in buying or selling real estate.

I have just closed, as a buyer, on a property in Sarasota using Janis Collier as my real estate agent. This is the second time I have used Janis.
