We give Rebecca five stars, of six were possible..it would be six! My husband and I are both retiring soon and are looking into Florida as our destination to relocate. We are from New England and have had the opportunity to vacation in Florida for many years. For the past few years, we have begun to visit a variety of locations. We saw some homes on the internet through Michael Saunders & Company and gave them a call to see them during our last winter vacation. Rebecca Zimmerman was the agent who was recommended for us to work with. From the moment we met her, she made us feel very comfortable. She truly listened to our needs, did not rush through the appointment and gave us so much valuable information on each community we looked at. We will continue to work with her for as long as it takes to locate our new home. We highly recommend her!

Janine helped us from the first meeting! She came in tow with different properties before we ever met! We had a general idea of where we wanted to live but Janine showed us other areas that were even nicer and affordable, places I never knew we could actually afford. With being first time home buyers, she helped guide us through the whole process making it actually enjoyable! I would definitely recommend Janine and plan on using her for all my future real estate needs.

One of the reasons I would go to Kelly for any house we ever sell or buy again – she is smart, accessible and always clear –she has an informed opinion and shares it easily – we got more for our home with you than we would have with anyone else – she is easy and fun to work with, no pressure – I could go on, but time does not permit.
