We first met Joanne in 1999 on our first visit to Rotonda. She was working for a local builder by attending his model home. She demonstrated real knowledge of the locality and really helped us with good advice prior to our decision to purchase land (albeit without Joanne’s help). We met her subsequently on a number of occasions, either at model homes or in the local stores, and always enjoyed her conversation and views on the local real estate market place. Meantime, we had built our own home and enjoyed our extended stays in Rotonda away from our home in the UK. When it came to time to sell it was natural for us to approach Joanne for advice despite our meeting a number of other Realtors over the years. We had developed trust in her knowledge and advice based upon her many years as a Realtor in South West Florida. We successfully sold our home, in a timely manner, during the “downturn” and obtained a fair and reasonable price thanks to Joanne’s efforts on our behalf. I would advise anyone to entrust the sale of their real estate to Joanne and heed what she has to say. Ken is the consummate real estate professional. Our unit was not an easy sale, but Ken never got discouraged and kept us optimistic that the right buyer would come along. He was always prompt to respond and quick to act. Ours was a long distance sale made easy by Ken's knowledge and commitment to the process. We would welcome the opportunity to work with Ken again

Ken Parr has worked with my husband and I in buying and selling several properties. Six property transactions in total. We have worked with a good many other Realtors over the years. Were far from young and we have a tendency to move frequently. A touch of gypsy in me perhaps. Ken was a standout the first time we used his services. This explains the five more times since then. He keeps a client informed daily. This is true. We always knew Ken would make that quick call even when there was nothing new to report. He even called us when he was out of state on family business. Closings were consistently effortless and nothing was left undone. We cannot recommend him highly enough. One more comment if I may. My background was in Banking, Real Estate and Mortgages. I know what of I write. Thank you for the opportunity to say a few words on Ken's behalf.
