Recently my husband and I made a decision to purchase a second home in Sarasota. As with most major life changes we ran the gamete of emotions from fear to doubt. Of all the real estate transactions I have done, this one has to be the smoothest and most successful in many ways. The house sold on day one on the market; the house sold for full asking price, even though there were some inspection items, the as is nature of the contract was taken seriously, no request for negotiation. The deal closed in less than 30 days. I credit most of this to your most capable agent, Michael Cochrane. He did a great job working with a remote party of us in the family as sellers.
