Ken was not just a listing agent, he was also a seller! You do not find that in a real estate broker anymore. Everybody wants to list and forget about you. NOT KEN! Ken is Awesome! He found a house for me in Punta Gorda, which I bought long distance. The process, albeit tedious, was as easy as it could be. My home has been for sale for less than 6 months and during this time I have had many realtors show my home, but I have to say there was something different about the way Sue showed my home to the buyer. She was not only pleasant but the way she came to me first and asked me 'is there anything special...A great selling point about your home you would like to tell me??" and there was and she listened and then she proceeded to tour my home with the buyer pointing out all the great features in my home and when the buyer had a concern or question she brought to the buyers attention that that could be changed and really concentrated on focusing on all the positive things my home had to offer... The result? Sue had my home sold the following day with an offer I couldn't refuse!!! Thank you Sue
