We wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the outstanding job Sherri did on selling our family home. Sherri handled all of the communications in a professional manner and kept all informed on a timely basis. Sherri did an excellent job staging the house for the photographs and determining a fair sellers’ price which resulted in getting a contract in 4 days! We never expected it to sell so fast. Kim and Patty worked tirelessly and ever-so patiently in their efforts to find a buyer for my home. They carefully reviewed the comparable sales, and set a price I was comfortable with. They offered valuable advice about preparing the home for showing and clearly explained the sale process. They vigorously marketed the home with great flyers, web marketing, open houses etc. Kim's cool demeanor and astute way of handling each and every hurdle got me through the sale.
