Janet was great! Exemplary! We admit our criteria for a home was nearly impossible to find. Janet worked very hard to find a perfect place, expand our knowledge of the current market, and show us homes we might consider. Excellent!!! David helped us find exactly what we were looking for within our budget. But the customer service did not end there. Being new to the area we needed a lot of guidance. David went out of his way on several occasions to help us get the answers to all of our questions, many of which had nothing to do with the purchase of our property. Several months after the closing we had trouble locating some important documents and without prompting or hesitation David dropped everything to help us once again. If you are involved in any Real Estate dealings in the Venice area the only Realtor you should consider dealing with is David Smith and his team at Michael Saunders. They are all top notch, honest, knowledgeable, and above all helpful. Fantastic Customer Service throughout.

Jeff has been incredibly steadfast, persistent, patient, and detail-oriented; overall a pleasure to work with. He tolerated our uncertainties about whether and when to list our property and was always understanding and kind about the issues and concerns we presented him. We cannot imagine a better person to work with on either the selling or buying side of a transaction. As out of town sellers we needed to depend on him for all the details and arrangements associated with selling, and his judgments were always impeccable and right on target in every instance.

We have worked with Karen since Dec 2014 seeking our retirement home in Punta Gorda. Karen in every way met and exceeded our goals and expectations. June Howell gets the job done! We listed our home with June after another realtor created a debacle for us, and within days of moving out. June somehow managed to get pictures of the house, list it on MLS making the house look fabulous - even though it rained three days straight! We moved out the day the house listed, and it was sold the next week! She understood the emotional turmoil associated with the other realtor, and helped us to feel calm secure and cared for through the whole process. Her people skills, willingness to communicate with us and professional competence allowed us to focus on the other things we needed to without worrying about whether the job was going to get done.
