With in the last year, Jill & Audrey have assisted us in the sale of our condo at the Orange Blossom Tower in downtown Sarasota and on the same day they helped us complete the purchase of our New Home in University Park. Due to their extensive real estate knowledge & experience, they made the simultaneous transaction happen without a hitch. I could communicate with Beth Ann and she was a pleasure to work with. She met my expectations and helped me sell my home for the price and at the time I wanted. I was a first time home seller and Beth answered my questions with understandable answers. If you want to sell your house and get the help of an agent who will work for you, then hire Beth Ann. it is not often that you meet a truly dedicated person who listens to your objectives and then proceeds to help you fulfill them. We met with Scott and informed him what we were looking for in a new home. He then developed a list of houses that fit our desires and dollar requirements. After a whirlwind tour of 12 homes we settled on one that we felt would fit our needs. Only to find out someone just made an offer and the owner was going to accept. We then went back to the drawing board to revisit other homes. No more than a week passed when SCOTT called and said the home was back on the market. With out his follow up we would not have known the home came back on the market. He proceeded to help us get all the paper work in order, scheduled another visit , and guided us with the inspection etc. As a business owner in sales I wish all of my people had the skills SCOTT possesses. Thanks to his EFFORTS we are the proud owners of a home in GREENFIELD PLANTATION.

This is an update of an earlier testimonial. At that time we had still not concluded our home purchase... but Jeff stayed on it. A listing then suddenly appeared and Jeff notified us within minutes. I am pleased to report we had it under contract later that day! And Jeff's work was just starting, as we now had to get financing, appraisals, etc. to get the purchase closed. Jeff performed beautifully throughout the process and got us to closing. We can't thank him enough for his persistence and professionalism.

My fiancé and I purchased a home in Lido Key through Linda. We had never met and during an open house decided to put in an offer. Linda was very instrumental in helping us acquire the home.
