My experience with Jim and Michael Saunders & Company was very positive. The comparison of my property with recent property sales was accurate and his presentation was excellent. He responded to my communications promptly and kept me well informed. Once the offer was received, his thoughts and advice were sound. All aspects of the transaction were communicated to me and documentation was forwarded quickly. When problems arose, Jim informed me promptly so that I could work to resolve the issues. Delays on the buyers' part were handled professionally. The closing required a few changes which Jim managed quickly. Overall, I'm pleased with Jim's guidance and handling of the sale of my property - thank you!

Before we chose Ellen Baker to list our home, we interviewed about 5 other agents. One agent came to our home in flip flops and the others were average by the standards of Ellen Baker and Michael Hollenbeck of Michael Saunders. Ellen and Michael gave us such a glowing and positive presentation about how they intended to market our home, that we almost bought our own home back. Ellen and her entire team were always there to answer any questions that we had, and went way above and beyond by taking care of business matters on Sunday and over the Christmas Holiday. Her method of keeping us informed as to the activity on our showings was quick and professional. We felt that our entire selling process was painless and easy because she and her team made it that way.
