My wife, Pam, and I were transitioning from Colorado to Florida. MaryElizabeth Mock was there with us every step of the way to make the move as easy as possible for us. Prior to our move we visited Florida for a few days, one of which MaryElizabeth took the time to show us numerous properties. Thankfully, we were able to find several that we were interested in, and MaryElizabeth professionally handled the process. I have recommended her to another friend, who in turn purchased a house through MaryElizabeth. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to sell or purchase a home.

"I vote 5-star "EXCELLENT" for KimYour company and your associate, Kim Eskew, are “the best”. It was a pleasure to work with Kim in order to get my rental condo in Parkridge sold and closed. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. The unit was listed on a Monday and, by the following Monday, I had 5 offers, two of which were above my asking price. Kim went over these offers with me, pointing out the pros and cons, and quickly got the chosen contract signed by all parties after working through some back and forth negotiations. I wound up with $5,100.00 over and above my asking price. Needless to say, she and I were both very happy campers. I will not hesitate to contact Kim for any future real estate matters which may arise.

Alex is by far the best realtor anywhere. He will help to stage your house for sale, as well as proactively finding you your dream home. Alex will answer any questions you have about real estate and help you through the buying/selling process. We were very blessed to have found Alex. My husband and I can't speak highly enough of our home buying experience with Jill Thomas. She was very detailed, organized, professional & responsive to our calls, texts and emails. We knew we found our dream home, but was a little discouraged because I thought it might be out of reach. Instead of walking away, Jill said, "if this is the house you want than it doesn't hurt to make an offer." So glad she gave that advice. We are now raising our children in our dream home!
