Our experience with Heidi has been fantastic she demonstrates professionalism 100% in all aspects of her business. She is organized, thorough in details, never overly aggressive, she works for her clients. We are from Canada and were not familar with some of the differences in real-estate transactions in the USA, she guided us through all issues and made the transaction so much easier. We have recommended Heidi to friends and all have been fully satisfied in all dealings. I would not hesitate in recommending Heidi to anyone seeking realestate. I have dealt with commercial realestate all my life in Canada and I can comfortably say Heidi is by far the best real estate person I have ever worked with she really cares about her clients needs being satisfied.

Selling real-estate in most markets across the country can be a slow and tedious process. Not so in Sarasota and the surrounding areas. If you are not first your last. Kelly understands this whether she is working on a small condo sale or a new home sale, she is selling and buying dreams and she understands that dreams only come through in the real-estate market when you are the first one in. Her skills and understanding of the buying and selling process got my wife and I in and out on our last sell and recent purchase faster than you could have ever expected. We purchased our condo in Florida with the help of Heidi Cox. She made the whole experience so worthwhile and pleasant because of her expertise in the field. Heidi was always available and willing to guide us during the entire process. We have given her name to many family members and friends who are also interested in purchasing a property in Florida. Heidi is a class act. We will be working with Heidi and Michael Saunders in the near future to purchase properties.

What can you say about Karen Brown? Not enough great things, that's what! Karen is the consummate professional. She brings professionalism, expertise, personality and Herculean effort. Karen knows people and knows real estate. And she's incredibly sensitive to her client's needs and wishes. You could NOT ask for a more effective and diligent realtor. As a part time realtor in California, I understand the job of an agent. Karen is over the top in every category-knowledge, contacts, sales, keeping the client posted, flexibility, creativity, communication, humor, integrity. I could go on and on. Anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in South Florida would be a fool to not interview Karen for the job.
