I am a resident of Massachusetts and I was looking for property in Florida. My experience with Marcia Cullinan was unbelievable and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She was by far the best. If I text, called or emailed, she responded almost immediately. I only had intentions of purchasing one parcel of land and by the end of my trip I had purchased three. Closing was easy and painless from out of state. I would most definitely use Marcia Cullinan as my realtor again.

We dealt with other agents in the Florida area, and Marcia was the first agent that actually listened to what we had to say and try to fill our requests. She always got back to us on a timely basis with the answers we needed. Always acted in a professional and friendly manor. It was a pleasure doing business with her. Since Parker retired 16 years ago, we have sold 4 houses, counting Pomelo Avenue, a farm and 3 condos. I have had quite a bit of experience and some good brokers, but none like you.
