Pat was consistent, persistent and very patient. She went above and beyond to get the job done. She was very helpful and even went the extra mile to manage the buyer/tenant transition for us, which she made sure went smoothly. This was not part of her transactional duties, but she took it upon herself anyway and we were very grateful for that. In addition, she was extremely knowledgeable and very reliable.

My husband and I could not have found a better agent in Sarasota! Pat Mudgett helped us find our Siesta Key home and sell our University Park home within a very reasonable timeframe and dollar amount. I would highly recommend her! To come up with a one or two word description of, Pat Mudgett, is not nearly enough to cover everything. My husband and I found Pat to be extremely knowledgeable, real, articulate, organized, professional, well-respected, and a great communicator who has an A-list of resources.

In my lifetime I have purchased over 30 homes and I have never dealt with an individual more professional, hard working or passionate about her business than Pat Mudgett. She was a tremendous source of information on matters such as taxes, closing, inspections, etc. Pat made this process so much easier…and has all the business and personal qualities to bring people together to buy or sell a home.

Pat is extremely knowledgeable about the market conditions, which translated into a good price and a very quick sale. In addition, the Mudgett Team put together a great marketing strategy and did an excellent job counseling us on every aspect of the transaction. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the whole process.

Pat provided exceptional service throughout the process. She listened carefully to our preferences and showed us homes that were in our parameters. Her responsiveness and follow up was timely and comprehensive from start to finish. We had limited time and Pat was very flexible with her schedule. She went above and beyond, taking time to research and provide input. Her partnership with Mackenzie, was also beneficial. Mackenzie was able to meet us for a last minute showing. Our overall experience was exceptional.

Pat was extremely sensitive to our needs and went to great lengths to understand exactly what we were looking for.
